Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage and drain grease.
Spread over bottom of pan or casserole dish.
Mix pepper, onions, celery, soup, rice and water together and pour on top of sausage.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
