Sausage Brunch Bake
Sausage Brunch Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. bulk pork sausage, 6 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown sausage and drain well.
Combine eggs, milk, bread cubes, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add sausage and pour into greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake in 350Β° oven for about 45 minutes or until nearly set in center.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
