Sausage Brunch
Sausage Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. seasoned croutons, 1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage, 6 eggs and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease pan, 9 x 13-inch.
Spread croutons on bottom and sprinkle cheese over croutons.
Drain sausage and put over cheese.
Beat rest ingredients, except soup and 1/2 can milk, and
Refrigerate or freeze.
Before putting in oven mix mushroom
1/2 can milk and pour over top. Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Serves 12 to 15 people.
