Sausage Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 c. sharp cheese, grated, 2 c. milk, 6 eggs and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry sausage; crumble and drain well on paper towels.
Beat eggs slightly; add all other ingredients and mix well.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and refrigerate, covered, overnight.
