Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese, 1 tsp. salt and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Remove crust from bread; spread bread slices with margarine. Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain well.
Spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and salt and mix well. Pour over cheese.
Cover casserole and chill overnight.
