Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 2 c. sharp shredded cheese, 1 lb. sausage, 4 eggs and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
Cube bread and spread in bottom of pan.
Cover with 1 cup of cheese.
Cook 1 pound of sausage and drain.
Place sausage over cheese layer.
Add another cup of cheese over sausage.
Mix beaten eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over sausage and cheese mixture.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to finish, mix 1/2 cup milk and celery soup.
Pour over all ingredients.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
