Brown sausage and drain well.
Remove crust from bread and cube.
Place bread cubes on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Layer the sausage over the bread.
Top with cheese.

Pour egg mixture over layers.
Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
