Sausage Breakfast Bread
Sausage Breakfast Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Simmer raisins in a little water for 4 to 5 minutes.
Drain well and set aside.
Mix uncooked sausage and sugars until well blended.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Sift together flour, spices and baking powder.
Stir soda into coffee.
Add flour mixture and coffee alternately to meat mixture, beating well after each addition.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
Good served warm or cold.
