Sausage Bread
Sausage Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. crescent rolls, 1 lb. bob evans sausage (regular), 1 lb. bob evans sausage (hot), 3 eggs (save part of one for coating loaves) and 1/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook sausage and drain well.
Mash fine.
Add eggs, cheese and spices.
Spread out each package of rolls to make large rectangle. Press together all seams well.
Put 1/3 of mixture on each rectangle.
Roll up lengthwise.
Seal ends.
Put seam side down on pan.
Brush with egg.
Bake about 30 minutes or until light brown at 350Β°.
Can be frozen and reheated.
