Sausage Bread
Sausage Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed and raised, 3 c. mozzarella cheese, 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot), 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Fry sausage and onion together until done. Drain well.
Spread bread dough on well greased cookie sheet until the dough is flat and covers the cookie sheet.
Mix eggs and cheese together.
Add the sausage and onion; mix well.
Spread evenly over the dough. Roll up like a jelly roll.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Let cool, then slice and eat.
