Sausage Bread
Sausage Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf thawed frozen bread dough, garlic powder, pepper, mozzarella cheese (8 oz.), grated and 1/2 to 1 lb. italian sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut bread loaf in half; roll each half into a square. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
In frypan, crumble sausage and add chopped peppers and onion until done.
Drain.
Mix with 3/4 of the beaten eggs.
Put 1/2 the sausage mixture in middle of each square of bread.
Put Mozzarella cheese on top and fold bread up letter style.
Brush sides of bread with remaining egg mixture to seal edges.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, until done.
