Sausage Bread
Sausage Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf bread dough (frozen or homemade), 1 lb. sausage (loose), 1 medium onion, chop fine, 2 large peppers, chop fine and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In butter, saute peppers and onions.
Add garlic powder.
Add sausage and brown.
Drain excess oil.
Spread on thawed bread dough and roll up.
Set in bread pan or on sheet pan.
Bake 30 minutes until brown.
When done and still hot, top with butter.
