Sausage Bread
Sausage Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. browned loose sausage (hot and/or sweet), 3 eggs (reserve 1 egg yolk), 1/4 c. diced pepperoni, 1/2 c. diced mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine browned sausage, eggs, pepperoni, cheeses and parsley. Roll pizza dough in rectangle shape.
Place mixture lengthwise down center of dough.
Fold back over, then tuck in ends.
Fold front over. Roll onto cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Using reserved egg yolk, brush over crust. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Slice and serve warm or cold as appetizer.
