Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 lb. hot pork sausage, cooked and drained and 5 c. dry biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat together cheese and sausage in large saucepan.
Stir with wooden spoon until cheese has melted.
Add biscuit mix and stir until smooth.
Cool, then chill for about 1 hour for easier handling.
Form into balls about the size of a nickel.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
Serve warm.
Makes about 4 dozen.
