Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage (hot, mild, sage or mixture), 1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (or one 12 oz. pkg.), 2 c. bisquick and dash of hot sauce (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sausage, cheese, Bisquick and hot sauce until well mixed. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes on ungreased cookie or baking sheet.
Serve hot.
May be frozen; these freeze well.
Just put in oven frozen and bake 5 minutes.
