Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. bisquick, 1 lb. sausage (hot or mild) and 1 pkg. koon cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Leave sausage out of refrigerator until soft. Measure Bisquick into large mixing bowl add sausage.
Mix together.
Melt cheese in double boiler or microwave until melted.
Mix with sausage and Bisquick.
Roll into small balls and bake at 325Β° for about 30 minutes or until brown.
