Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. mild sausage, 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1/2 c. catsup and 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut sausage in 1/2 inch slices, then cut slices into fourths. Roll each fourth into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet and drain well. Place in a deep bowl.
Bring sugar, vinegar and catsup to a boil in a small saucepan.
Pour over sausage balls.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 48 hours.
Stir gently after 24 hours.
Heat before serving.
