Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese (low-fat), 1 lb. hot bulk sausage and 2 1/2 c. bisquick (low-fat), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut cheese into cubes; place in top of double broiler.
Cook over hot water, stirring frequently until melted.
Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl; mix well.
Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
May be frozen before baking.
Place on cookie; freeze until firm, then place in freezer bags.
