Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cheddar cheese (cracker barrel brand with black wrapping), 2 1/2 to 3 c. bisquick mix and 1 lb. tennessee pride mild sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Grate cheese.
Add sausage and mix well.
Add the Bisquick mix. Mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
Bake at 350° for about 13 minutes or until lightly golden.
Yields about 4 to 5 dozen.
