Mix sausage and Bisquick thoroughly.
Add grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
Roll into small balls (about the size of a jack ball).
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Makes approximately 4 dozen.
