Sausage Balls
Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot ground sausage, 3 c. bisquick, 1 c. sharp grated cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp. warm water and cayenne pepper to taste (will have to bake a couple to see if they are hot enough since cannot eat raw sausage), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients well with hands and shape into small balls about the size of walnuts.
Place on cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
Will not spread when baked so can be placed close together.
Bake at 350Β° for about 15 minutes.
Will be brown on bottom.
Do not overcook.
Can be stored at room temperature in airtight container.
Makes about 100 balls.
