Sausage and Rice Casserole
Sausage And Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw rice, 1 lb. pork sausage, 8 oz. velveeta cheese or cheez whiz, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook rice as package directs.
Brown sausage.
When sausage is almost done, add onion and bell pepper to it and saute until tender.
To cooked rice, add sausage mixture, cheese, milk and pepper; mix well.
Place in casserole dish and microwave on High for 10 minutes with cover and lightly stir enough to mix. Microwave on High another 5 minutes.
