Sausage and Peppers
Sausage And Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage links, 6 green or red bell peppers, cut into strips, 3 large onions, sliced, salt and 1/4 c. dry red or white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prick sausage links several times with fork.
In skillet, brown sausage well.
Drain and reserve 3 tablespoons drippings.
Slice sausage.
Set aside.
In the drippings, cook the peppers and onions.
Cover for 5 minutes.
Uncover and cook until the vegetables are tender but not brown.
Season to taste with salt. Add the sausage and wine; heat through.
