Sausage and Pasta Casserole
Sausage And Pasta Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. ziti, 1 c. ricotta cheese, 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 2 c. spaghetti sauce and 8 oz. sausage (preferably italian), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Prepare ziti as directed and drain.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Cook sausage meat on medium-high heat in saucepan until brown, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Ricotta, parsley, Parmesan, basil and 1 cup spaghetti sauce.
Add ziti and toss to coat well.
Spoon into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Pour 1 cup sauce over mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 30 minutes.
