Sausage and Gravy
Sausage And Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, sliced, 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. coffee (black) and salt and pepper (as needed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet, cook sausage until done.
Remove to paper towel.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Add the flour and stir with whisk until brown in color.
Slowly whisk in the milk and coffee.
Cook until desired thickness.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over biscuits while hot.
