13-inch Pyrex dish with Pam.
Line dish with white bread, pieces.
Brown 1 pound of sausage with mushrooms.
Pour this over bread.
Beat the eggs; add milk, cheese, and pepper. Pour this over layer of sausage and mushrooms. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake minutes to 1 hour until middle looks done. Bake at 350Β°.
