Sausage And Egg Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 1 doz. eggs, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook and drain sausage; place in bottom of large casserole dish.
Scramble eggs (soft) and place on top of sausage.
Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted and browned to taste.
This may be halved for smaller dish.
