Brown sausage, drain fat.
In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
In a large greased baking pan, spread bread on bottom of pan.
Layer sausage, then cheese.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes in casserole dish or pie shell.
