Sausage Alfresco
Sausage Alfresco is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. hillshire farm sausage or polska kielbasa, 8 oz. uncooked fettuccine, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 minced garlic clove, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook fettuccini and keep warm.
Saute garlic and onion in large skillet with butter until tender.
Add vegetables and cook until done (5 minutes).
Set aside.
Brown sausage and drain on paper towels.
Combine sausage, vegetables and cream.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Stir in parsley, cheese, salt and pepper.
Serve over fettuccine.
Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
