Sauerkraut Surprise Cake
Sauerkraut Surprise Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda and 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and finely cut in blender, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light; blend in eggs and vanilla.
Add sifted dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately in water, beating after each addition. Stir in sauerkraut.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Frost with sour cream chocolate frosting.
