Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 green pepper, halved and seeded, 1 medium size onion, chopped, 1/3 c. celery, chopped and 1 tbsp. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse sauerkraut with cold water; drain well.
Combine sauerkraut with pepper, onion, celery and celery seed in a medium size bowl.
Combine oil, water, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over sauerkraut mixture. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
