Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can shredded sauerkraut, drained, 1 c. onions, 1 c. celery, cut up small, 1 green bell pepper, chopped fine and 1 can or jar pimento, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Toss the sauerkraut, celery, bell pepper and pimento together in a medium size Pyrex dish.
Put in a saucepan the onion, sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Pour this boiling mixture over ingredients in Pyrex dish.
Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
