Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 c. grated carrots, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, mix sauerkraut, carrots, green pepper, onion and pimiento.
In a jar or small bowl, combine sugar and oil. Pour over vegetables; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
