Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sauerkraut, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vinegar, 2 1/2 tbsp. kraut juice and 1/3 c. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain sauerkraut and reserve juice.
Combine sugar, vinegar and kraut juice in a pot.
Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Set aside and let cool.
Combine sauerkraut and chopped vegetables.
Pour cooled mixture over sauerkraut.
Toss well. Cover and chill.
