Made with 1 medium can sauerkraut, drained and cut with scissors, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. oil, 1/2 c. white vinegar (i use sweet pickle juice) and 1 green pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, oil and vinegar.
Stir in sauerkraut; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
