Sauerkraut Pie
Sauerkraut Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. or cans sauerkraut, drain juice, 1 pkg. polish sausage, sliced, 1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes, 2 medium onions and butter and oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain sauerkraut (most of the juice).
Put on bottom of pan. Slice sausage and cover all the sauerkraut with sausage.
Don't cook sausage.
Boil potatoes; drain most of the water out (leave a little water).
Mash potatoes and put chopped onions in potatoes. Mix well and put over your sausage.
Then put butter or oleo on and bake at 350Β°.
Cook until golden brown.
