Sauerkraut Hot Dish
Sauerkraut Hot Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, 1 qt. sauerkraut, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown meat and onion.
Drain.
Put half of meat mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Cover with sauerkraut, then layer noodles.
Keep noodles away from edge of pan.
Cover with the rest of the meat mixture.
Mix the soups with 3/4 can of water. Spread evenly on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Spread cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes longer.
