Sauerkraut Dip
Sauerkraut Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut or equivalent, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1/2 c. best food's mayonnaise (more or less for desired consistency), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain sauerkraut and chop a bit.
Reserve some liquid for thinning dip, if desired.
Mix mayonnaise with slightly softened cream cheese. Add sauerkraut and mix well.
This dip is very good (and unusual) served with carrot and celery sticks and assorted veggies.
