Sauerkraut Casserole
Sauerkraut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hillshire smoked sausage (keilbasa), 1 large onion, 2 apples, quartered, 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, undrained and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet, cook sausage and onion until sausage is brown and onion is tender.
Drain.
Stir in apples, kraut, water, brown sugar and caraway seed.
Place in 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
