Sauerkraut Casserole
Sauerkraut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground or cubed pork or beef, 1 large stick celery, chopped, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 large can sauerkraut, washed and drained and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil and drain noodles al dente.
Set aside.
Brown meat and drain.
Add celery, soup mix and sauerkraut and simmer for 1 hour. Mix soup and water and heat.
Add to meat mixture and add noodles.
Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
