Sauerkraut Cake
Sauerkraut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2/3 c. margarine, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and soda; add this mixture to the first mixture, alternating with water.
Stir in sauerkraut; mix.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until center is barely set.
This is very moist.
