Sauerkraut Balls
Sauerkraut Balls is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sausage, 1/4 c. onion, 1 - 14 oz. minced kraut, 2 tbsp. fine bread crumbs and 3 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage and add onion.
Add remaining ingredients except eggs & milk.
Chill mixture.
Roll in 3/4 inch balls.
Dip in flour, then egg and milk mixture, then roll in additional bread crumbs.
Deep fry.
Drain and cool.
May be frozen.
