Sauerkraut Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese softened, 1 tsp. minced onion, 16 oz. sauerkraut (drained and chopped), 1 lb. sweet sausage and 1 cup dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cream cheese and onion.
Add sauerkraut, sausage, 1/4 cup bread crumbs and mix well.
Shape in 1/2 to 1-inch balls.
Roll in flour and dip in milk, then in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Can be frozen.
