Sauerkraut Balls
Sauerkraut Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. cooked ham, 1 c. corned beef, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt and 2/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grind onion, ham, sauerkraut and corned beef.
Add salt, mustard, parsley, pepper and 1/2 cup flour.
Mix well.
Make into small balls.
Dip in egg, flour, egg, then crumbs.
Deep fry at 375Β°.
(Can use food processor instead of grinder.)
