Sauerkraut Apple Relish
Sauerkraut Apple Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. drained sauerkraut, 1 c. apples (more if desired), not peeled, 2 c. diced celery, 1 large green pepper and 1 large red pepper or 1 large jar pimentos, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add sugar and vinegar together to dissolve.
Add apples and sauerkraut.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Overnight is best.
