Sauerkraut and Kielbasa
Sauerkraut And Kielbasa is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. jar sauerkraut, 1 to 2 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces, 1/4 c. maple flavored pancake syrup (may substitute 1/4 c. brown sugar) and 2 tsp. caraway seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain and rinse kraut.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in slow cooker, medium temperature.
Cook 3 to 4 hours.
May need to drain off juice, depends on kielbasa brand (Eckrich is the best!).
