Saucy Steak
Saucy Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 thin sliced butterfly cut beef round, 1 tbsp. dry beef bouillon, water, chopped onions and leftover vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook beef in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Place on side dish. Cover and keep warm.
Put bouillon and small amount of water into same pan.
Let liquids cook down (glaze).
Add all vegetables.
Let cook on low heat until done. Sauce should be semi-thick.
Put steaks back in and heat through.
Serves 4.
