Mix ketchup, mustard, chili powder, sugar and water together. Put chops in greased baking dish, in one layer.
Pour sauce over chops.
Arrange 1 slice of onion and lemon on top of each chop. Bake in the oven at 325Β°, covered, for 2 hours.
Remove cover and baste; continue baking, uncovered, for 1/2 hour more.
