Sarah's Pear-Pecan Salad
Sarah'S Pear-Pecan Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can pears, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain juice from pears, reserving 1 cup.
Boil 1 cup of juice and add lemon Jell-O.
Chill until partially set.
Place pears and cream cheese blender to a creamy consistency. Stir in Jell-O mixture and add nuts.
Whip cream and pour in mold. Whipping cream can be omitted.
