Santa's Kisses
Santa'S Kisses is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 1/2 c. flaked coconut and 4 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, flour, salt and coconut.
Stir in egg whites, almond extract and almonds.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet immediately.
While still warm, push chocolate kiss or cherry into center of each cookie.
